Q: How to place an order?
Shopping at MuseUnlaced is simple. You can check out as a guest, but we highly recommend creating an account to track your orders easily.
- Step 1: Add your favorite items to the cart or click "Buy It Now."
- Step 2: Click "Checkout," enter your shipping address, and select a delivery method. Please ensure your email is correct to receive order confirmations and tracking updates.
- Step 3: Complete your payment. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
- Step 4: Once dispatched, a shipping email with tracking information will be sent to you.
Q: I entered the wrong address; how can I change it?
If your order hasn't shipped, email us immediately at contact@museunlaced.com with your Order Number and the corrected details:

Please note: We will do our best to intercept the package if it has already been dispatched. However, if interception fails, we cannot modify the address.
