  • Production Inquiries: If you would like to know the exact production timeline for a specific item, please feel free to contact us via email. Once production is complete, orders are shipped in the order they were received.

2. Shipping Time & Costs

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Economic Delivery: 10–15 business days (Estimated Average)

  • Express Delivery: 5–8 business days (Estimated Average)

  • FREE Economic Delivery on orders over $79.99.

  • Discounted Express Delivery rates for orders over $79.99.

3. Order Tracking & Support
